Weird Things Eaten by Humans

Some people like to eat weird things, some even like to eat even weirder things, and then there are some that take it to a new level. When people start eating things that aren't even edible and then it becomes a little "weird." Here is a list of the 25 weirdest things people have eaten.

1. Drugs. There are a lot of people that would risk their life and freedom and swallow at least 1.2 grams of cocaine, which in fact is a lethal dose.

2. False teeth. As funny as it sounds the lady that "ate" her teeth was practicing a passionate kiss and accidentally swallowed her teeth. She did not need surgery, the teeth passed within two days.

3. Tape worms. Sounds disgusting right? Well it is. People actually eat tape worms in a form to lose weight. They eat infected beef and after a certain amount of time take medicine to kill the parasite.

4. Grill. This is pretty interesting actually when a 7 year old boy was rushed the hospital after swallowing his "grill." If you don't know what a grill is it, its a mouth piece usually covered in jewerly and some rappers wear.

5. $650. A guy in France swallowed 350 coins, and some needles. He had to have surgery right away but died 12 days later due to complications. This wasn't the first time he stole coins and ate them.

6. Cockroach and fork. A lady was cleaning when a cockroach jumped into her mouth. She tried to get it out with a fork, but dropped the fork down her throat. She had to get the fork removed, but we are yet to believe she digested the cockroach.

7. Toothbrush. A 20 year old woman brushing her teeth dropped her tooth brush down her throat, it was removed. She was one of 40 women to have dropped their toothbrush down her throat. The women who have swallowed their toothbrush were diagnosed with bulimia and anorexia.

8. Magnets. This seems like the most dangerous one. A little girl ate her favorite toy, that when the magnets came together ripped through her intestines. She survived, but I'm sure it was pretty painful.

9. Antenna. A man swallowed an antenna and lots of other objects; two pens, six sections of a radio antenna, a pen refill, and a pencil. The doctors believe that he was trying to cause himself harm.

10. Door key. A college student decided to eat his key after drinking a bit. He thought it was a good idea to eat it so he could stay longer. They tried to get it out, but he just let it pass naturally and it did. He cleaned it and put it back on his keyring.

11. Wire Mesh. A prisoner tried to eat his way out of jail. The man would twist off pieces of the wire mesh and hide the pieces by swallowing him. He too had to let it pass naturally.

12. Mercury Battery. A three year old girl ate a mercury battery and needed attention rapidly. Mercury is very poisonous to humans. The girl developed renal failure due to the battery. Batteries are now designed to be more resistant to acid.

13. Vest Buckle. A small boy decided to eat a vest buckle. They were able to remove it and hes fine.

14. 20 Cobblestones. A girl swallowed them while in a fight with her boyfriend. She thought they would come out, but she needed surgery.

15. Screwdriver bit. One woman’s child swallowed a screwdriver bit, but everything came out alright.

16. Human flesh. This one is a little bit disgusting. A rap artist in LA murdered his roommate and ate her lung. The strangeness of this stunt, they wanted the rapper to cultivate a “gangsta” image, and provided him with drugs to encourage an extremely violent disposition. Stupid and strange.

17. Planes, etc. Michael Lotito, a French entertainer will eat planes and has eaten a Cessna 150 over two years’ time. Hes fine and he has incredibly thick digestive organ walls and powerful digestive acids.

18. Thermometer. A woman swallowed a thermometer and then 6 weeks later started throwing up. It was because of the mercury and needed surgery right away.

19. Spoon. A strange woman who gets the urge to eat metal decided to eat a spoon. She also ate coins and a 9 volt battery. While in the hosptial she ate paper clips.

20. 750 grams of metal. An Ethopia man ate nails, keys, watch batteries, and door keys. Hes been swallowing them for about two years. Some of nails could have easily perforated his internal organs, but the man survived and was last reported to be recovering in surgery.

21. Bed springs. Some prisoners at Central Prison in Raleigh, NC eat weird things in jail to get out and take trips to the hosptial. One even took it far enough to eat bed springs.

22. Stolen ring. In England a man tried to steal a ring by swallowing it. The man wanted to propose to his girlfriend, and tried to convince the clerk that was showing it to him that he’d given it back. He was quickly found out with an X-ray swipe from police.

23. Bullet. While eating a hot dog a woman in California ate a bullet. An X-ray revealed that she had a bullet in her stomach, although she was optimistic, noting that eating is “the most secure way for a bullet to enter your body.”

24. Smokey quaterz. A young girl swallowed a smokey quartz, which came with a Treasure of the Earth magazine. Her mother told her to put it somewhere safe, and well she did. Everything came out fine.

Last but not least...

25. Hair. A 10-pound hairball was found in the belly of an 18 year old woman in New England. She apparently had a habit of eating her own hair. The mass had to be removed by surgery.

Those are the 25 weirdest things eaten by humans. It is pretty weird if you ask me.

Longest Running Tv Show

The longest running Tv Show is The Simpsosn and probably will last at least three more seasons. The Simpsons is created by Matt Groening and has been on air since 1989. The Simpsons first appeared on The Tracy Ullman Show, but only for shorts. Matt Groening sent in the sketches of the Simpson family hoping they would be cleaned up, but the animators re-tracted his drawing which made the animation look very badly.

The family of the Simpsons consist of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. The humor used for the show is mostly for everyone, any generation can watch. They get come from movies, television, music, literature, science, and history.

The Halloween episodes of the Simspons became an annual tradition. I have this on Dvd and I find it to be extremely funny. It is the best episodes of the Simpsons I think. The Simpsons came a long way, they have many awards and lots of merchandise. The Simpsons even have their own video games. The Simpsons Road Rage and Simspons Hit and Run. I played both games and they are very fun and very entertaining.

The Simpsons are a very good show for everyone to watch and they should continue to watch the show so the producers make more episodes.
